A week ago, I posted my morning routine on Instagram to provide any ideas or Inso for anyone trying to use this quarantine to get into setting routines or habits. Although small things (like the hour I wake up) may change, my routine in the morning is pretty consistent and involves the following three things.

3. Hydration
