Cooking healthy and delicious meals for yourself is the best. But there are those lazy days when I just want pizza. Or a quick meal. I discovered a few ingredients at Trader Joe's and this the new go-to meal that I wanted to share with you.
You will need:
pizza crust (I used cauliflower pizza!)
1 can organic tomato sauce
vegan or regular cheese (optional)
4-6 cherry tomatoes
4-6 mushrooms
veggie burger (or regular beef)
Steps
Spread half of the can of tomato sauce on the crust. Grate the cheese on top.
Slice the tomatoes, mushroom and kale into bite size pieces and lay on top.
Slice the veggie burger or beef and sprinkle on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes!
